Abstract:Objective To explore the special nursing methods and effects of perioperative care for patients with ankylosing spondylitis spinal fracture. Methods The research period of the study was January 2020-2023. The subjects were 40 patients with ankylosing spondylitis spinal fracture. The corresponding nursing measures were carried out in the perioperative period to compare the negative emotion score and the quality of life score of the patients before and after nursing. The results showed that the Perene negative emotion score decreased significantly (P < 0.05). Quality of life scores are high. Conclusion The special nursing intervention during perioperative period is helpful to relieve the negative emotion and maintain a good quality of life in the patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
