Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the effects of guided training of lumbar abdominal muscle group and perihip muscle group on postoperative movement phobia, hip function and quality of life in elderly patients with hip replacement. [Methods] A total of 83 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who underwent hip replacement in Linyi People''s Hospital from February 2022 to September 2023 were selected, and the patients were divided into training group (41 cases) and control group (42 cases) according to the admission time. The control group received routine training, and the training group received guided training for lumbago and perihip muscles. The kinesophobia score, Harris score, pain score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. [Results] The kinesophobia score and pain score of the training group at 3 days, 1 month and 3 months after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the Harris hip function score and quality of life score of the training group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The orientation training of lumboabdominal muscle group and perihip muscle group after THA could effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative kinesophobia, improve hip functional activities and quality of life.
