Abstract:Abstract: [Objective] To evaluate the application effect of autologous platelet rich plasma (PRP) in the repair of stubborn wounds after liposarcoma resection. [Method] From January 2017 to October 2021, 12 patients with stubborn wounds after liposarcoma resection were treated in our hospital. Among them, there are 5 males and 7 females, aged 43-65 years old. The preoperative wound area is 2.5 cm × 2.0 cm~7.5 cm × 3.7 cm, depth 2.0 cm~4.8 cm. The course of the disease is 20-52 days, with an average of (34.0 ± 10.6) days. Prepare 10 to 40 ml of PRP. Inject PRP 1-2 times to completely fill the defect, and suture the wound in Phase I. Postoperative B-ultrasound examination was performed to determine the healing status of the deep space. Postoperative and follow-up observation of the growth of granulation tissue and wound healing in patients. [Result] 10 patients had primary wound healing, and 2 patients underwent secondary debridement, secondary autologous PRP filling, and continuous negative pressure drainage with VSD. The wounds healed 2 weeks later. All patients had good wound healing, good appearance, and no sinus formation. [Conclusion] PRP treatment for stubborn wound repair after liposarcoma resection has the advantages of simple and safe operation, sufficient filling of deep gaps, and reliable wound healing. It is a good method for repairing stubborn wounds after liposarcoma resection.
