Abstract:As an important part of the UN medical system, the peacekeeping level-II hospital is a war-zone level medical support unit in the UN peacekeeping system. Medical services are performed in accordance with the scope of treatment and the allocation of hospitals as required by the Memorandum of Understanding. Based on the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with acetabular fracture combined with posterior dislocation of hip joint, this paper analyzes the defects and deficiencies of the UN peacekeeping medical system, puts forward improvement suggestions and analyses, and provides a basis for the improvement of the UN peacekeeping medical system.
