    摘要:

    肌腱损伤作为临床常见病,由于肌腱自身愈合能力较差,自然愈合常形成瘢痕组织,无法达到功能性恢复,严重影响了患者的运动功能及生活质量。目前现有治疗手段,虽均已取得一定成效,但仍无法完全恢复损伤肌腱的原有结构及功能。近年来,间充质干细胞衍生的外泌体作为组织修复与再生领域的新兴手段虽已广泛应用,但目前针对间充质干细胞外泌体治疗肌腱损伤的研究较少且具体机制并不完善。本文针对不同源性间充质干细胞外泌体对肌腱损伤修复作用的研究进展及其相关组织工程技术作一综述,为肌腱损伤的临床治疗及应用研究提供理论支持。

    Abstract:

    Tendon injury is a common clinical disease. Due to poor healing ability of tendon, it often achieves clinical healing with scar tissue, which leads to the failure of tendon functional recovery after injury and affects the patients’ motor function and quality of life. Although the existing treatment methods have achieved certain results, they still cannot fully restore the original structure and function of the injured tendon. In recent years, although exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have received extensive attention as an emerging method in the fields of tissue repair and regeneration, there are few and specific studies on the treatment of tendon injuries with MSCs derived exosomes and the mechanism is not unclear. This article reviews the research progress of different MSCs derived exosomes on the repair of tendon injury and related tissue engineering technology, so as to provide theoretical support for the clinical application of tendon injury.
