Research progress in the treatment of irreparable rotator cuff tear

    摘要:

    肩袖损伤是临床常见肩关节疾病之一，其中不可修复巨大肩袖损伤(irreparable rotator cuff tear, IRCT)的治疗面临巨大挑战。近年来，微创关节镜技术发展迅速，对 IRCT 的认识不断深入，诊断和治疗观念发生很大的变化。本文就 IRCT 研究进展加以综述。

    Abstract:

    Rotator cuff tear is one of the common shoulder diseases in clinics. However, the treatment of irreparable rotator cuff tear (IRCT) is a huge challenge. In recent years, minimally invasive arthroscopy has developed rapidly, while understanding to IRCT has been deepened, and the concept of diagnosis and treatment has changed greatly. This article reviews the research progress in treatment of IRCT.
