Abstract:Abstract: Hip replacement is an effective treatment for the end-stage of hip joint diseases such as femoral head necrosis. Reasonable preoperative planning, correct intraoperative placement of prosthesis and regular postoperative follow-up are essential for successful operation and early detection of prosthesis abnormalities. However, a large number of repetitive work will inevitably consume the precious time of doctors, and different doctors have subjective differences in understanding the results, which may lead to delays in illness. In recent years, artificial intelligence and hip replacement have been deeply integrated, which is expected to reduce the burden of doctors and promote the precision of hip replacement. This paper reviews the progress of artificial intelligence in the field of hip replacement in the past 10 years. Firstly, the current development status of artificial intelligence is summarized; secondly, the current situation of artificial intelligence before, during and after the replacement is described; finally, the shortcomings of artificial intelligence in this field are analyzed, and the future focus and trends are predicted.
