    摘要:

    人工关节置换术在临床上应用广泛,假体周围感染(prosthetic joint infection,PJI)是其灾难性并发症?生物膜是细菌在生物医学材料表面形成的特殊膜样结构,它保护细菌免受抗生素和免疫系统的影响,使根除变得困难。其引起的致病菌耐药是术后PJI迁延不愈的原因之一,也是PJI治疗的焦点。目前PJI的总的治疗效果不理想,仍然存在着较高的失败率,与这种高失败率相关的原因是缺乏一种安全、有效、易实施的方法来清除细菌生物膜。因此,本文将从物理清除、化学清除、生物清除三方面对生物膜的清除策略进行综述,以期为PJI的临床治疗提供思路。

    Abstract:

    Artificial joint replacement is widely used in clinic,and prosthetic joint infection (PJI) is its disastrous complication.Biofilm is a special membrane-like structure formed by bacteria on the surface of biomedical materials,which protects bacteria from antibiotic treatment and immune system,making eradication difficult.The drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria caused by PJI is one of the reasons for the delayed healing after operation, and it is also the focus of the treatment of PJI.At present,the overall therapeutic effect of PJI is not ideal,and there is still a high failure rate.The reason related to this high failure rate is the lack of a safe,effective and easy-to-implement method to remove bacterial biofilm.Therefore,this paper will review the strategies of biofilm removal from three aspects: physical removal,chemical removal and biological removal,in order to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of PJI.
