Abstract:With the rise and rapid development of proteomics technology, due to its advantages of rapid screening and identification of specific biomarkers of diseases, this technology can provide an overall and comprehensive understanding of various physiological changes and pathological changes in the body from the perspective of protein level. At present, proteomics technology has been widely used in the medical field. This article reviews its application status in spine related diseases, including the research on the pathogenesis and diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis of different TCM syndromes, the research on the occurrence and repair mechanism of spinal cord injury, the research on the screening and occurrence mechanism of biomarkers of scoliosis, the research on the mechanism of intervertebral disc degeneration and repair, the research on the biomarker screening and occurrence mechanism of spinal tuberculosis Study on the mechanism of ossification or hypertrophy of ligaments.
