Abstract:【Objective】As to Cochrane Meta analysis,we determine the efficacy of operative and nonoperative Treatment of Rockwood Types III acromioclavicular joint dislocation【Methods】he data bases, such as Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of science, EMBASE, CNKI,Wanfang Data and CBM Data were searched for the comparison of clinical outcomes of traditional open and arthroscopic osteotomy for Haglund syndrome from the creating to June 2022. Literature screening, quality assessment, and data extraction were conducted to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Rev?Man 5.2 was used to perform the meta-analysis of parameters related to the consequences.【Results】A total of 17 studies with a total of 1006 patients were included, and the results of the meta-analysis showed no difference in complications (P>0.05), shoulder pain (P>0.05), and lateral clavicle osteolysis (P>0.05); The non-surgical group with acromioclavicular arthritis (P<0.05), infection (P<0.05), ectopic ossification (P<0.05), excellent outcome function (P<0.05), and constant score (P<0.05) were better than the surgical group.【 Conclusion】There was no difference between surgical and conservative treatment in complications, pain, and osteolysis of the acromioclavicular joint, but non-surgical treatment had obvious advantages in infection, acromioclavicular arthritis, ectopic ossification, excellent outcome function, and constant score.
