Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of endoscopy Endo-PLIF technique in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases. Methods: 40 patients with lumbar degenerative diseases admitted to our hospital in recent 2 years were randomly divided into control group (20 cases) and observation group (20 cases). The former underwent traditional open PLIF surgery and the latter underwent endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion surgery. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the score of VAS, ODI and blood loss in the observation group was lower 3, 3 and 6 months after surgery (P<0.05). At 3, 3 and 6 months after surgery, patients in the observation group had higher JOA score but longer operation time than those in the control group (P<0.05). The efficacy of modified Macnab in observation group was higher than that in control group 6 months after surgery (P<0.05). The complication rate and postoperative fusion rate of 2 groups were similar to that of observation group (P>0.05). Conclusions: In the treatment of patients with lumbar degenerative diseases, Endo-PLIF technique under spinal endoscopy has a definite therapeutic effect, with advantages such as low trauma, less intraoperative blood loss, and quick postoperative recovery for patients, with high safety and promotion value.
