Abstract:Abstract: objective to investigate the early clinical effects of arthroscopic orthopedic surgery combined with Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) . Methods: from January 2019 to January 2022, a total of 32 patients with acetabular impingement syndrome were collected from the Department of Joint Surgery, Shan County Central Hospital and divided into two groups, they were divided into experimental group (n = 17,8 males and 9 females) and control group (n = 15,7 males) , 8 female patients (control group) received the same dose of saline combined with hip arthroscopic surgery. The clinical effects were evaluated with modified Harris hip score (MHHS) , Vas pain score, satisfaction score, LCE, offset, Tonni's classification, alpha angle and other data before and 1 day, 2 days, 4 days, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after operation, the mean follow-up time was 11.8 ± 3.4 months. Results: all patients were followed up after operation. The results showed that there was no significant difference in general data such as sex, age, BMI and Tonni's grade between the two groups before operation (P > 0.05) , the values of α-angle, LCEA and Offset of hip joint in the two groups were significantly improved after operation (p < 0.05) , and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05) The Modified Harris hip score (MHHS) , Vas pain score and patient satisfaction score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group at 1 day, 2 days, 4 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation (p < 0.05) , there was no significant difference between the two groups at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after operation (P > 0.05) . Conclusion: arthroscopic hip arthroplasty combined with PRP in the treatment of FAI can improve the clinical efficacy and satisfaction of patients in the early stage, and the safety is high, which can provide some reference for clinical practice.
