Abstract:Abstract:[Objective ] To observe the clinical effect of 3D printing combined with Gushangfuyuan decoction in the treatment of complex acetabular fracture. [Methods]The subjects were 86 patients with complex acetabular fractures admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics and Articulation,Wendeng Orthopaedics &Rehabilitation Hospital from July 2019 to July 2019.The control group was treated with conventional reduction and fixation,the observation group was treated with 3D printing technique based on the control group,and both groups were treated with Gushang Fuyuan decoction after operation, the Times of fluoroscopy,the total time spent, the amount of bleeding,the time of hospitalization and the time of weight bearing were compared between the two groups. The ilium,obturator oblique position and pelvis anteroposterior X-ray were taken on the 3rd day after operation.The fracture reduction was judged according to Matta imaging evaluation standard.Hip function was assessed in both groups at 6 months postoperatively,based primarily on the modified Mere D""aubigne&Postel scoring system.[Results]A total of 86 patients (53 males and 33 females,aged 18-58 years) were included in this study.The Times of fluoroscopy,the time of operation,the amount of blood loss,the time of hospitalization and the time of carrying weight were significantly less in the 3D printing group than in the control group (P = 0.000).The results of fracture reduction in the observation group were excellent in 24 cases (55.81%) ,good in 16 cases (37.21%),excellent and good in 93.02%,while in the control group were excellent in 15 cases (34.88%),good in 17 cases (39.54%),excellent and good in 74.72%,there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).In the Observation Group,35 cases (81.40%) were excellent and 6 cases (13.95%) were good,the excellent and good rate was 95.35%,in the control group,20 cases (46.51%) were excellent and 13 cases (30.23%) were good, the excellent and good rate was 76.74%,there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05),the excellent and good rate of hip function recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05) 4 comparison of postoperative complications: there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05).[Conclusion]3D printing combined with Gushangfuyuan decoction in the treatment of complex acetabular fracture can speed up the postoperative rehabilitation,enhance the reduction effect and improve the hip joint function.
