Abstract:Osteosarcoma is a common primary malignancy in children and young adults. Over the past 30 years, there has been little progress in the treatment of patients with osteosarcoma, especially metastatic and recurrent osteosarcoma. In recent years, immunotherapy has shown promising prospects in various adult cancers, including acellular vaccine, DC vaccine, adoptive cell therapy, immune checkpoint inhibitors and combination therapy, but its application in osteosarcoma has not been developed yet. In this paper, the application and research progress of immunotherapy in osteosarcoma are summarized, aiming at providing theoretical guidance for immunotherapy of osteosarcoma.
