Abstract:Prosthetic joint infection is one of the serious complications after total joint arthroplasty, which brings serious burden to patients in economy, psychology and life. The pathogenesis is not clear. In recent years, with the development of gene sequencing technology, genetic analysis of complex diseases has become a hot spot. This paper reviews the genetic susceptibility of single nucleotide polymorphisms of interleukin, mannose-binding lectin, toll like receptor, and tumour necrosis factor in prosthetic joint infection.
