Abstract:Intraosseous ganglion cyst (IGC), also known as osteoarthritic cyst and pars interarticularis cyst, is a non-neoplastic osteolytic lesion of fibrous tissue with extensive mucinous changes, and is a relatively rare cause of scapular pain[1,2] . A case of giant IGC occurring in the left scapula is reported and its treatment options are discussed.
