Abstract:Abstract: objective:to explore the clinical effect of open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation of the fracture of the body of the hook. [ methods ] from January 2015 to December 2020,23 cases of uncinate body fracture were analyzed retrospectively. The average age was 29 years (17to42 years) . All the patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire. results:the follow-up period was 7to46 months, with an average of 23 months. Objective: to observe and analyze the last follow-up effect of upper limb function test standard, pain visual analogue scale (Vas) and bilateral grip strength evaluation of hand surgery association of Chinese Medical Association. conclusion: internal fixation with Kirschner wire for the treatment of coronal fracture of the body of the hook does not increase the risk of infection. Open reduction can effectively reduce the articular surface, clarify the dislocation or fracture of the carpal metacarpal joint and repair the injured tissue, the incidence of tissue irritation is low, and the cost of patients is low.
