Abstract:Cervical lesions mainly include cervical vertebrae and cervical soft tissue lesions. As the cervical 2 vertebral body is small and may damage the carotid artery, vertebral artery, posterior bilateral cervical nerves, anterior pharynx and larynx, spinal cord in spinal canal and other key adjacent structures, it is relatively difficult to obtain materials for puncture and tumor treatment of cervical 2 vertebral body bone lesions. In recent years, with the increase of cervical vertebrae tumors and cervical vertebrae metastases, In clinic, biopsy and other methods are often needed to determine the nature of the lesion for diagnosis and follow-up treatment. This article reviews the surgical approaches, clinical effects and complications of cervical 2 vertebral body biopsy and vertebroplasty in order to provide reference for clinicians
