Abstract:Abstract: [object] To evaluate the effect of through ulnar nerve with blood vessel fore-lying muscle fascia treating mild degree Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. [Methods] We studied 6 adult’s upper limb specimens from corpse which reserved in formaldehyde, and observed the blood supply of elbow ulnar nerve and blood vessel diameter and length, and we accounted these related datas. 20 cases which underwent the mild degree cubital tunnel syndrome were divided into two groups, group 1 treatment with the ulnar nerve with blood vessel, group 2 treatment with the ulnar nerve without blood vessel. Reference to the restoration of ulnar nerve’s function evaluation standard which made by the Chinese medical association, and the Lascar classification method and electrophysiologic studies. we evaluated the treatment effect.[Result] There were 3 vessels that accompany the ulnar nerve around the elbow. The length of the vessel accompanying the ulnar nerve was (144.0±3.3)mm for superior ulnar collateral artery,(47.6±7.2)mm for inferior ulnar collateral artery, and ( 66.2±8.3) mm for the posterior branch of ulnar recurrent artery. The excellent and good rate was 90% in group 1 with blood vessel and 80% in group 2 without blood vessel, the difference was statistically sinificant. The electrophysiologic studies ,the group 1 with blood vessel was better than that of group 2 without blood vessel ,the difference was statistically sinificant..[Conclusion] The method of ulnar nerve with blood vessel fore-lying muscle fascia treating mild degree Cubital Tunnel Syndrome is reliable, and effective.
