    长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)通过复杂的分子机制参与骨肉瘤(Osteosarcoma, OS)的发生发展,研究发现促进肿瘤细胞铁死亡在一定程度上可降低肿瘤治疗中的耐药性,但lncRNA在OS中调控铁死亡的作用尚待研究。因此,本文旨在预测铁死亡相关lncRNA,并构建OS预后预测模型及其竞争性內源RNA(competing endogenouse RNA, ceRNA)调控网络。结果发现,铁死亡相关lncRNA预后模型具有较好的预测能力,为优化OS的管理提供了依据;风险评分与OS患者免疫浸润有关,铁死亡相关lncRNA ceRNA网络,可能为OS发生发展的分子机制提供有价值的数据支持,为探索OS的分子机制和靶向治疗提供了新的思路。

    Abstract:

    Long non-coding RNA is involved in the development of osteosarcoma(OS)through complex molecular mechanisms. It has been found that promoting iron death in tumor cells can reduce drug resistance in tumor therapy to some extent, but the role of lncRNA in regulating iron death in OS remains to be investigated. Therefore, this paper aimed to predict iron death-related lncRNAs and construct a prognostic prediction model for OS and its competing endogenous RNA regulatory network. The results revealed that the iron death-related lncRNAprognostic model has good predictive ability and provides a basis for optimizing the management of OS; risk score are associated with immune infiltration in OS patients and the iron death-related lncRNA competing endogenouse RNA(ceRNA)network, which may provide valuable data to support the molecular mechanism of OS development and provide new ideas to explore the molecular mechanism and targeted therapy of OS.
