Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective Through the methods of bibliometric and visual analysis, we can understand the global research status, research hotspots and future development trends of internal fixation for femoral neck fractures. Methods By searching the relevant literature in the Web of Science database, bibliometric analysis and visualization were carried out using VOSviewer software and CiteSpace software. Results A total of 1355 literatures were included. In the past ten years, the literature related to the internal fixation of femoral neck fractures has shown an upward trend. Among them, China, the United States and Canada have maintained a leading position in this field. The research hotspots mainly focus on finite element analysis, biomechanical analysis, femoral neck system, medial support plate and other aspects. Conclusions Using bibliometric methods to conduct research can more clearly and intuitively understand the research status and hotspots of globalinternal fixation for femoral neck fractures .
