    摘要:

    羟基磷灰石/聚合物复合材料因为仿生细胞外基质,具有优良的生物活性、机械性能、可控降解性能、缓释功能,被广泛应用于骨修复领域。由于生长因子参与骨修复过程,因此羟基磷灰石/聚合物复合材料负载生长因子逐渐成为骨修复领域的研究热点之一。本文综述了近几年国内外羟基磷灰石/聚合物复合材料载生长因子在骨损伤或骨缺损治疗中的研究应用情况,并对其发展前景进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    Hydroxyapatite/polymer composites are widely used in the field of bone repair because of their biomimetic extracellular matrix, excellent biological activity, mechanical properties, controllable degradation properties, and slow-release functions. Because growth factor is involved in the process of bone repair, hydroxyapatite/polymer composite loaded growth factor has gradually become one of the research hotspots in the field of bone repair. This paper reviews the research and application of hydroxyapatite/polymer composite loaded growth factor in the treatment of bone injury or bone defect at home and abroad in recent years, and finally looks forward to its development prospect.
