Abstract:[Objective] To explore the diagnosis, treatment and Countermeasures of complications of clavicular fracture .[Methods] From January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020, 228 patients with clavicular fracture who had undergone surgical treatment were treated in our hospital as the research objects. Relevant information was collected to explore complications and treatment countermeasures. [Results ] There were 19 cases of complications, including 3 cases of infection; Severe pain caused by internal fixation stimulation in 1 case; Fracture of internal fixation in 6 cases; Loose internal fixation in 2 cases; 7 cases were re fractured after internal fixation was taken out; 1 case of fracture around internal fixation; One case of acromioclavicular joint dislocation after lateral clavicular fracture was treated with anatomical locking plate at the lateral end of clavicle. One case of bipolar fracture was missed. 15 cases underwent revision surgery .[Conclusion] Open reduction and internal fixation of clavicular fracture is a routine operation, but the complication rate is still 8.3%. The most common complications are re fracture after internal fixation, fracture of internal fixation and infection. Paying attention to complications and improving operation technology are the key to reduce complications.
