Abstract:Shoulder joint dislocation accounts for half of total joint dislocation, among which recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation is the main one. Almost every anterior shoulder dislocation has Bankart injury. At present, arthroscopic Bankart surgery is the main treatment for shoulder joint dislocation. Postoperative recurrence has always been a difficult problem for specialists and patients. A large number of studies have shown that the recurrence of Bankart surgery is related to shoulder joint bone loss, patient’s age, amount of exercise, surgical methods, improper postoperative rehabilitation exercise and self-diseases. Through literature review, this paper analyzes the factors causing recurrence after Bankart surgery, to provide reference for clinicians to treat Bankart injury.
