Abstract:Abstract:[Objective]To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of posterior approach arthroscopic subtalar arthrodesis in the treatment of end-stage arthropathy.[Methods]From August 2016 to June 2019,31 patients with severe subtalar arthritis who underwent posterior arthroscopic subtalar arthrodesis in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Weifang Yidu Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.patient data. The perioperative data and postoperative clinical imaging data were summarized.[Results] All operations were successfully completed without intraoperative complications.Over time, the VAS scores of 31 patients were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the AOFAS scores were significantly increased(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in ankle dorsiflexion-plantar flexion ROM(P>0.05).In terms of imaging examination,at the last follow-up, 30 patients had normal hindfoot alignment, only one patient had mild varus (<5°),and the joint function was not affected;X-ray films showed that the fusion rate of 31 patients with fusion was 100%.[Conclusion] Posterior approach arthroscopic subtalar arthrodesis is effective in the treatment of end-stage subtalar arthropathy, and the postoperative fusion rate is high.
