Abstract:[Objective] to study the application value of fracture contact service system in patients with fragile spinal fracture (≥ 65 years old). Methods: 66 patients with fragile spinal fractures (≥ 65 years old) treated in our hospital from March 2021 to November 2021 were studied. The patients with fragile spinal fractures were divided into group A (33 cases, general nursing) and group B (33 cases, fracture liaison service system) by central digital random method. The hospitalization indexes, risk event incidence, physical health status, quality of life Health knowledge level and satisfaction. Results: after nursing, the hospitalization indexes of group B patients with spinal fragile fracture were better than those of group A patients with spinal fragile fracture (P < 0.05); After nursing, the incidence of risk events in group B was lower than that in group A (P < 0.05); After nursing, the health status of group B patients with fragile spinal fracture was better than that of group A patients (P < 0.05); After nursing, the quality of life in group B was higher than that in group A (P < 0.05); After nursing, the health level of patients with fragile spinal fracture in group B was higher than that in group A (P < 0.05); After nursing, the satisfaction of patients with fragile spinal fracture in group B was higher than that in group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Patients with fragile spinal fractures (≥ 65 years old) receiving medical services of fracture liaison service system can better improve their physical health, optimize their hospitalization indicators, reduce the incidence of risk events, significantly improve their quality of life and health knowledge, and be more satisfied with the fracture liaison service system.
