    摘要:[目的] 观察去卵巢大鼠术后不同时期腰椎与股骨骨微结构的组织学变化。[方法] 将50只3月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为两组,即去卵巢组(OVX组)和假手术组,每组25只。分别于术后1周、4周、8周、12周、16周取出两组大鼠的第5腰椎(L5)及股骨,通过显微图像分析软件测量骨组织形态计量学参数,用SPSS.25.0软件进行统计分析。[结果] 假手术组L5及股骨中,骨小梁宽度、骨小梁间的间隔距离及皮质骨厚度均无显著变化(P>0.05)。L5椎体与股骨OVX组中,随着去势时间的延长,骨小梁宽度下降(P<0.05),骨小梁间的间隔距离增大(P<0.05);皮质骨厚度无显著变化(P>0.05)。与同一时段假手术组相比,OVX组中L5于术后12周出现骨小梁宽度明显下降(P<0.05),骨小梁间的间隔距离明显增大(P<0.05);股骨于术后16周出现骨小梁宽度明显下降(P<0.05),骨小梁间的间隔距离明显增大(P<0.05);皮质骨厚度均无显著变化(P>0.05)。[结论] 切除卵巢后,大鼠腰椎及股骨骨微结构均出现明显的骨质疏松化,且腰椎的改变早于股骨,小梁骨的改变早于皮质骨。病理形态计量学有一定的诊断意义

    Abstract:

    Abstract: [Objective]To observe the histological changes of bone microstructure of lumbar spine and femur in ovariectomized rats at different stages.[Methods] Fifty 3-month-old female SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: ovariectomy group (OVX group) and sham operation group, with 25 rats in each group. The 5th lumbar vertebrae (L5) and femur of the two groups were taken out at 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks after operation. The bone histomorphometric parameters were measured by microscopic image analysis software and SPSS 25.0 software for statistical analysis.[Results] There were no significant changes in trabecular width, spacing between trabeculae and cortical bone thickness in L5 and femur in sham operation group (P > 0.05). In L5 vertebral body and OVX group, with the extension of castration time, the width of trabecular bone decreased (P < 0.05), and the spacing distance between trabeculae increased (P < 0.05); There was no significant change in cortical bone thickness (P > 0.05). Compared with the sham operation group in the same period, L5 in OVX group decreased significantly in trabecular width at 12 weeks after operation (P < 0.05), and the spacing between trabeculae increased significantly (P < 0.05); At 16 weeks after operation, the width of bone trabeculae decreased significantly (P < 0.05), and the spacing between bone trabeculae increased significantly (P < 0.05); There was no significant change in cortical bone thickness (P > 0.05). [Conclusion] After ovariectomy, there is obvious osteoporosis in the microstructure of lumbar spine and femur in rats, and the change of lumbar spine is earlier than that of femur, and the change of trabecular bone is earlier than that of cortical bone. Pathomorphometry has certain diagnostic significance.
