Abstract:Abstract: Objective: To explore the feasibility of conservative treatment of old separation of symphysis pubis. Method: Our department adopted the method of continuous traction under continuous traction based on the theory of tissue stress remodeling + pelvic girdle fixation + exercise therapy to conservatively treat 30 patients with old postpartum symphysis sepsis from February 2018 to August 2020. Treatment, and retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 30 patients. The pain VAS score, quality of life SF-36 score, symphysis reduction and efficacy were compared before treatment, 4 weeks and 6 months after treatment. Results: After treatment, the pain level, quality of life score and imaging pubic symphysis reduction were significantly improved (P<0.01), and the pain level and quality of life scores at 6 months after treatment were also significantly improved compared with 4 weeks after treatment. (P<0.01), 6 months after treatment, 24 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, and 0 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 100%, and the clinical effect was significant. Conclusion: Based on the theory of tissue stress remodeling, three-dimensional reconstruction under continuous traction + pelvic girdle fixation + exercise therapy has significant clinical effects in the treatment of old postpartum pubic symphysis separation, and it has the characteristics of high safety and practicability, and effectively avoids surgery. Secondary trauma.
