Abstract:Abstract: [Objective] To analyze the clinical efficacy of 3D printing technology in the treatment of collapsed Sanders type III calcaneal fracture patients. [Methods] A retrospective analysis of Sanders type Ⅲ calcaneal fracture patients (80 cases) admitted to our hospital. Patients in the study group underwent 3D printing technology combined with open reduction and internal fixation (43 cases), and patients in the control group underwent conventional open reduction and internal fixation ( 37 cases). Observation indicators include perioperative conditions, follow-up indicators and imaging evaluation. [Results] The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative fluoroscopy, and hospitalization time of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); at the last follow-up, the VAS score, AOFAS score, and Maryland score of the two groups were all higher than those before the operation. Significant improvement, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the improvement of the VAS score, AOFAS score, and Maryland score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05); at the last follow-up, the study group had a poor performance The incidence of reaction [1 case (2.32%)] was significantly lower than that of the control group [3 cases (8.10%)] (P<0.05); the calcaneal width, calcaneal height, Gissane angle and Bohler angle of the two groups were significantly lower after surgery There was significant improvement before operation (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in calcaneal width, calcaneal height, Gissane angle and Bohler angle between the two groups after operation (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The 3D printing technology combined with open reduction and internal fixation for patients with collapsed Sanders type Ⅲ calcaneal fracture has good effectiveness and safety, which can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, promote the recovery of calcaneal function, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
