    脊髓损伤 (Spinal Cord Injury,SCI) 是一种严重的不可逆性中枢神经系统损伤性疾病,目前尚无有效的治疗方法,静电纺丝(electro-spinning)是一种制备纳米级纤维膜材料的常用方法,其优点为具有高孔隙率,孔径可调节,高表面体积比,以及与细胞外基质形态相对应,被广泛应用于生物医学领域。本文就静电纺丝特性、静电纺丝治疗脊髓损伤的临床前研究进展作一综述,以期探索脊髓损伤治疗的新思路。

    Abstract:

    Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) is a serious and irreversible central nervous system injury disease. There is no effective treatment method at present. Electro-spinning is a common method for preparing nano-scale fiber membrane materials. The method, which has the advantages of high porosity, adjustable pore size, high surface-to-volume ratio, and corresponding to the shape of extracellular matrix, is widely used in the field of biomedicine.This article reviews the characteristics of electrospinning and the preclinical research progress of electrospinning for spinal cord injury, in order to explore a new idea for the treatment of spinal cord injury.
