    摘要:骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折是骨质疏松症的严重并发症,因其骨折部位骨量低、骨质量差,内固定物易出现松动、脱出以及骨折不愈合等严重并发症,所以,内固定手术治疗具有一定的挑战性。随着生物力学研究的深入,以及内固定物材料和设计的发展,治疗理念也在不断更新,内固定装置的选择及固定方式的细化对预后有着至关重要的影响。熟知各种内固定装置的生物力学特点、技术要点对手术的顺利完成起着决定性的作用。本文就近年来国内外骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折内固定治疗的手术时机、内固定的选择、并发症的相关研究做一综述,以期为临床医生和研究者提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Osteoporotic femoral neck fracture is a serious complication of osteoporosis. Due to the low bone mass and poor bone quality at the fracture site, the internal fixation is prone to loose, prolapse and fracture nonunion and other serious complications. Therefore, the internal fixation surgical treatment of osteoporotic femoral neck fracture is challenging.With the deepening of biomechanical research and the development of internal fixation materials and design, the therapy idea is constantly updated. The choice of internal fixation device and the refinement of fixation mode have crucial impacts on the prognosis. Understanding the biomechanical characteristics, technical key points of various internal fixation devices plays a decisive role in the successful completion of the operation. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign researches on the operative timing, internal fixation options and complications of internal fixation for osteoporotic femoral neck in recent years, providing reference for orthopedic surgeons and researchers.
