    摘要:非创伤性股骨头坏死(Nontraumatic Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head, NONFH)是临床常见的骨科疾病。而血液循环障碍则是导致NONFH的主要病因之一,所以改善血液循环对NONFH的早中期阶段的预防和治疗具有重要的意义。多个信号通路都可以通过改善血液循环对NONFH起到防治作用,其中PI3K/AKT作为其中重要的信号通路可以通过调控上下游因子来改善血液循环,从而达到预防和治疗NONFH的作用。本文主要讨论PI3K/AKT信号通路通过影响导致血液循环的众多因素例如脂代谢紊乱和血管再生等方面影响NONFH的作用进行综述。通过影响血管内皮生长因子、P2Y12受体和一氧化氮合成酶等上下游因子调整和改善血液循环,从而为NONFH防治提供新的参考及依据。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head (NONFH) is a common clinical orthopaedic disease.?Blood circulation disorder is one of the main causes of NONFH, so improving blood circulation is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of NONFH in the early and middle stages.?Multiple signal pathways can prevent and treat NONFH by improving blood circulation. PI3K / Akt, as an important signal pathway, can improve blood circulation by regulating upstream and downstream factors, so as to prevent and treat NONFH.?This paper mainly discusses the role of PI3K / Akt signaling pathway in affecting NONFH through many factors leading to blood circulation, such as lipid metabolism disorder and vascular regeneration.?It can regulate and improve blood circulation by affecting upstream and downstream factors such as vascular endothelial growth factor, P2Y12 receptor and nitric oxide synthase, so as to provide a new reference and basis for the prevention and treatment of NONFH.
