Abstract:: [Objective] this paper aims to explore the injury mechanism of burst fracture of human tibia under impact load, so as to guide clinical operation, orthopedic fixation and postoperative rehabilitation. [Methods] 20 fresh human tibia specimens were collected, and the impact experiment was carried out after the establishment of the impact device and measurement system experimental platform. [results] according to the results of impact experiment, the static and dynamic impact response of human tibia and the impact dynamic properties of human tibia after high-speed impact load are obtained. At the same time, the comminuted fracture formed by compressive strain of tibia is analyzed. [Conclusion] the results show that it is necessary to establish the impact burst injury standard of human tibia, clarify the biomechanical impact response and viscoelastic properties of human tibia, so as to determine the injury tolerance of tibia, and adopt and evaluate the fixation and protection system of tibial burst injury.
