Abstract:Abstract: [Objective] To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of limited osteotomy and pedicle fixation of old thoracolumbar fractures and kyphosis . [Method] A retrospective analysis of 120 patients with single-segment old thoracolumbar fractures in our hospital from July 2010 to December 2015 with limited osteotomy and orthopedic pedicle fixation . Comparative analysis of all patients '' kyphotic Cobb angled , VAS score and JOA score before operation , 6 months after operation and at the last follow-up. [Results] After operation , all patients with low back pain were significantly improved compared with preoperatively . Among them , 60 patients with neurological damage symptoms recovered from varying degrees , and 8 patients with affected sphincter function improved to varying degrees . Among the patients with dysfunction , 3 cases recovered well . Comparative analysis of the VAS scores of all patients at the last follow-up was significantly lower than those before the operation (P<0.05 ) , while the JOA scores were significantly higher than those before the operation (P<0.05 ) . Significantly reduced (P<0.05 ).
