Chondrosarcoma accounts for about one-fifth of primary malignant tumors of bone, with diverse morphology and clinical manifestations. Chondrosarcoma is less sensitive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and surgery is its main treatment. Chondrosarcoma is more common in long bones and pelvis, and scapula is relatively rare. This article describes a case of scapular chondrosarcoma and replacement with 3D printed prosthesis.
