With the rapid development of total joint replacement, the number of revision cases has increased year by year. As a salvage measure, total femoral replacement has been gradually used in the revision of refractory prosthesis with large bone defects. this paper reports a case of total femoral prosthesis replacement after multiple hip revision, discusses the disease development of this case, and reviews the published literature.
