    摘要:

    目的 研究兔膝骨关节炎(KOA)模型和正常实验兔之间肠道微生物的差异。方法 采集广西中医药大学实验室的12例KOA模型兔和8例正常兔粪便样本,提取肠道菌群总DNA并扩增,同时采用二代16S rRNA基因靶向测序技术测序,分析菌群的多样性及分布。结果 在门水平上:厚壁菌、拟杆菌的数量最多,在属水平上:瘤胃球菌属及颤螺菌属数量最多;KOA组的标志物种为变形杆菌。结论 KOA模型兔与正常试验兔的肠道菌群存在一定差异,肠道菌群有可能成为KOA的潜在生物标志物。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To study the difference of intestinal microorganisms between rabbit k nee osteoarthritis (KOA) model and normal rabbits. Methods: Fecal samples were collected from 12 KOA model rabbits and 8 normal rabbit controls in the laboratory of Guangxi University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine. Total DNA of intestinal flora was extracted and amplified. The second-generation 16SrRNA gene targeted sequencing technology was used to analyze the diversity and distribution of intestinal flora.Results:At the phylum level, the number of Firmicutes and Bacteroides was the highest,while at the genus level, the number of Ruminococcus and Oscillatoria was the highest, and the marker species of the KOA group was Proteus. Conclusion:There are some differences in intestinal bacteria between KOA model rabbits and normal test rabbits, and intestinal bacteria may be a potential biomarker of KOA.
