    摘要:

    内源性干细胞在脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)后可以分化为星形胶质细胞、神经元和少突胶质细胞等,对神经再生具有重要作用。研究诱导其分化为特定的神经细胞的方法是内源性治疗的关键。近年来,越来越多的内源性干细胞诱导方法被开发运用,促进了新生神经元和少突胶质细胞的生成,并减少了胶质瘢痕对修复的阻碍作用。本文就近期内源性干细胞在SCI修复方面的研究进展进行综述。

    Abstract:

    Endogenous stem cells can differentiate into astrocytes, neurons and oligodendrocytes after spinal cord injury ( SCI ), which plays an important role in nerve regeneration. The key to endogenous therapy is to study the methods of inducing them to differentiate into specific nerve cells. In recent years, more and more endogenous stem cell induction methods have been developed and applied to promote the generation of newborn neurons and oligodendrocytes, and reduce the blocking effect of glial scar on repair. This article reviews the recent research progress of endogenous stem cells in SCI repair.
