Abstract:Abstract: Objective to explore the therapeutic effect of treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury with tibial plateau plateau Schatzker type Ⅲ fracture with arthrascopic-asisted anterior cruciate ligament Anatomical single bundle reconstruction and arthrascopic-asisted tibial plateau plateau fracture reduction. Methods:twenty-six cases of anterior cruciate ligament ruptures with tibial plateau plateau Schatzker type Ⅲ fracture were chosed from June in 2017 to august in2018 in our hospital. All patients received arthrocopic-assisted anterior cruciate ligament Anatomical single bundle reconstruction and arthrocopic-assisted tibial plateau fracture reduction. All patients were followed up in time. Lysholm score were used in our reserch. Results :The patients werw all followed up for 10-18 months (Mean follow-up time 13.2 months).ALL the fractures reached bone healing. At the final follow up,the final Lysholm score was (90.35 ± 3.25)points.The function of thejoint was excellent in 16 cases, good in 9cases.The excellent rate was 96.15%.Comclisions:The arthroscopic-assisted anterior cruciate ligament Anatomical single bundle reconstruction and arthroscopic-assisted tibal plateau fracture reduction teachnique has advantages in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury with tibial plateau Schatzker type Ⅲ fracture, less bleeding, avoid staging operation, less cost, faster postoperative recovery, good curative effect
