Abstract:Ipsilateral clavicle fractures and scapula fractures are often caused by high-energy injuries and are rare in clinical practice. They are often accompanied by multiple rib fractures, liquid pneumothorax and other serious injuries. The treatment of this type of patients is difficult. In the relevant cases and literature reports of surgical treatment, most authors adopted the anterior supraclavicular approach to fix the clavicle fracture and the posterior scapula approach to fix the scapula fracture. The operation often requires two incisions. It is often necessary to change the position during the operation. This case reports a single surgical incision reduction and fixation of ipsilateral clavicle fractures and scapula fractures.
