    摘要:

    距下关节制动器是指通过植入到跗骨窦来限制距下关节活动的假体。随着对距下关节制动器的认识不断深入,其临床应用从柔韧性扁平足扩展到距下关节脱位和胫骨后肌腱功能障碍,手术方式也由单一的距下关节制动术扩展到距下关节稳定术。我们查阅了距下关节制动器相关文献,本文将从距下关节制动器的分型、生物力学、临床应用和并发症等方面新进展作一综述。

    Abstract:

    Subtalar joint brake is a prosthesis that is implanted into the tarsal sinus to limit the movement of subtalar joint. With the deepening of the understanding of subtalar joint brake, its clinical application has expanded from flexible flatfoot to subtalar joint dislocation and posterior tibial tendon dysfunction, and the operation mode has also expanded from single subtalar joint brake to subtalar joint stabilization. We reviewed the literature on subtalar joint brake. This article will review the new progress in subtalar joint brake classification, biomechanics, clinical application and complications.
