Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical effect of reducing the swelling of the affected limb through lymphatic drainage technology. Methods: Sixty patients with Pilon fractures were treated with traditional swelling treatment and lymphatic drainage technology after operation. The swelling degree, pain degree and subjective comfort of the patients were compared and observed between the two groups. Results: The postoperative pain score, swelling degree of the affected limb and subjective comfort of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: The use of lymphatic drainage technology to treat the affected limb after Pilon fracture can reduce the swelling of the affected limb, relieve the pain of the patient's swelling part, and accelerate the patient's recovery process.
