Abstract:Benign fibrous histiocytoma BFH (benign fibrous histiocytoma BFH) is an extremely rare benign tumor originally occurring in bone, accounting for less than 1% of benign bone tumors. Long bone is common , but rarely involves the spine. Fewer than 30 cases have been reported at home and abroad .We report a case of cervical BFH that invaded the right cervical longus, circumvertebral artery, and brachial plexus and relapsed after surgical cureturing, and discussed its diagnosis and management.
