Abstract:[Objective] To study the influencing factors of phobia in patients after joint replacement.[Methods] 220 patients who underwent joint replacement in Quanzhou City a tertiary comprehensive?hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected, according to the Tapa scale for phobia (TSK), when the results≥38 scores, the patients with phobia were judged, and the patients with TSK scores≥38 scores were included in the phobia group, and<38 scores were included in the without phobia group.Univariate and multivariate analyses were carried out on thecauses of postoperativedysphoria. [Results] Among 220 patients, there was 74 patients had postoperative phobia (33.64%), the univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in insomnia, education level, monthly income, working status, postoperative 3 days VAS score, postoperative time to the ground, chronic pain self-efficacy scale (CPSS)score were related to the occurrence of phobia (P<0.05); Logistic regression analysis showed that insomnia, education level, monthly income, working status, postoperative 3 days VAS scor, postoperative time to the ground and CPSS were all the risk factors influencing the occurrence of phobia after joint replacement (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The incidence of phobia after joint replacement is high, related to insomnia, education level, monthly income, working status, postoperative 3 days VAS score, postoperative time to the ground and CPSS score.
