Abstract:Abstract: Objective To summarize the type and the incidence of complications of SuperPATH approach in total hip arthroplasty (THA) using the method of meta-analysis of single rate. Methods The databases,such as CNKI, Wanfang Database and PubMed, were searched for documents on SuperPATH approach intotal hip arthroplasty (THA) published at home and abroad from January 2016 to January 2021. After strictly evaluating the quality of the included studies, and extracting data, a meta-analysis was conductedby using the Meta package of R software. Results A total of 12 articles were included,involving a total of 995 patients.The main complications of SuperPATH approach in total hip arthroplasty (THA) proved the Hip dislocation(0.99%, 95%CI:0.00~0.02),Deep vein thrombosis(3.41%,95%CI:0.01~0.06), infection(2.31%,95%CI:0.01~0.05),Periprosthetic Fracture(1.13%,95%CI0.00~0.02. Conclusion SuperPATH approach in total hip arthroplasty (THA) has relatively less complications,including Hip dislocation,Deep vein thrombosis,infection,which should be paid attention to prevent.
