Cerebral palsy(CP) is the most common crippling disease in children.Surgery procedure and rehabilitation training are the main methods for the treatment of CP.This article reviewed the application actuality of surgery procedure and rehabilitation training in CP,introduced the necessity,current problems and corresponding strategies of building up a unity mode integrated surgery and rehabilitation,in order to promote the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of CP.
