    近年来,3D打印技术迅猛发展,成为一种新型的快速成型及快速制造技术,其可将患者虚拟的X线片、CT和MR等平面影像快速转换成三维实物,并且可实现材料结构的个性化定制以及与病变部位的解剖学匹配,已广泛应用于骨科疾病的诊断、治疗和康复,具有广阔的应用前景。本文旨在综述3D技术在骨科临床及组织工程的前沿研究,总结存在的问题,展望未来。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, the rapid development of 3D printing technology has become a new type of rapid prototyping and rapid manufacturing technology, which can quickly convert virtual X-ray films, CT and MR plane images of patients into three-dimensional objects, and can realize the personality of the material structure Customization and matching with the anatomy of the diseased parts have been widely used in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of orthopedic diseases, with broad application prospects. This article aims to review the cutting-edge research of 3D technology in orthopedics clinical and tissue engineering, summarize the existing problems, and look to the future.
