Abstract:[ objective ] to investigate the clinical feasibility and effectiveness of arthroscopic treatment of posterior cruciate Ligament Tibial avulsion fracture of knee joint.[ methods ] from February 2016 to February 2020,17 cases were collected: 12 males and 5 females. The average age was 34.17 ± 8.22 years. Arthroscopically assisted small posteromedial incision was performed with Endo-Button strip plate. A tunnel was created through the Tibia to the posterior cruciate ligament, where the fracture was reduced, and the Strip plate was tightened to restore posterior cruciate ligament stability. The clinical outcomes were evaluated by IKDC subjective score, KT-1000 knee stability measurement, Lysholm scale, Tegner score and postoperative imaging.
