Objective: To explore the efficacy of treating complex tibial fracture nonunion with different plane refracture by Ilizarov technique. Methods: Clinical data of a patient with tibial shaft fracture was retrospectively analyzed,the patient was treated with plate fixation in advance,fracture nonunion due to various factors was caused with different plane fractures caused by secondary trauma,Ilizarov technique was used for reoperation.Result: After the treatment of external fixation, the patient""s tibial fracture in two places were clinically healed.Conclusion: Ilizarov technique is an effective method for the treatment of complex tibial nonunion with refracture.
