Abstract:Abstract: [Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of lumbar muscle function exercise on patients diagnosed with lumbar spondyloschisis and back pain.[Methods] Patients,August 2018 -- December 2020, diagnosed with lumbar spondyloschisis and back pain, were instructed to do lumbar muscle function exercise for 1 month. Visual analogue score was used to evaluate the level of back pain. Oswestry disability index and range of flexion and extension motion in lumbar were used to assess the quality of patient's life. [Results] VAS1m is significantly lower than VAS0 in both groups, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.001). ODI and lumbar ROM were improved in both groups of A and B, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001). [Conclusion] Function exercise of lumbar muscle has therapeutic effect on lumbar spondyloschisis combined with back pain.
